Huatulco & Puerto Escondido MX
You may have heard that the Emerald Coast of Oaxaca (pronounced Wa-hah-ka), located on the Pacific side of South Mexico, is poised to be the Mexico’s next big travel destination.
From the 1970s onward, Mexico’s next big travel destination have included such well-known places as Acapulco, Mazatlan, Cancun, and Puerto Vallarta. Now, tourist friendly Huatulco and Puerto Escondido in the state of Oaxaca are starting to get noticed.

While the port city of Huatulco has an international airport, the surfing town of Puerto Escondido airport accepts international travelers via Mexico City.
