Finance your Vivo Resorts Condo Purchase
Scotiabank Inverlat S.A. has recently announced that condo purchases at Vivo Resorts will qualify under their new lending program aimed at enticing foreigners to finance their Mexican real estate purchases. The program makes credit to Canadians, Americans and most other nationalities available for the acquisition of pre-sale (pre-construction) properties in select developments throughout Mexico. Vivo Resorts is pleased to be the first development in Puerto Escondido to qualify and be placed on Scotiabank's list of approved pre-sale real estate projects.
Mortgage loans are in U.S. dollars and are available for a loan to value ratio of up to 75% of the property value with credit terms of up to 20 years.
