Bare Land Sales
A limited availability of options for bare land purchases will be offered at Vivo Resorts. The bare land options are primarily designed for larger investors interested in taking advantage of pre-zoned and permitted properties allowing for the development of condominiums or higher density residential applications. Two types of bare land purchases are available, Boutique Condo Sites and Legacy Home Site Packages.
Boutique Condo Sites
Three unique condo sites within the Vivo Resorts property are available for full purchase or joint venture opportunities will also be considered. These sites are indicated with A, B & C on the master site plan below. All three of these sites have:
- Received permit approval from the municipality
- Completed and registered environmental impact study
- Private ownership of land with escritura and covered with title insurance

Legacy Home Site Packages
Legacy Home Site packages are designed to create a lasting legacy for investors, they are investments of multiple home sites in full or half cul de sac arrangements.
- Half cul de sac package provides 7 home sites (2 beachfront, 5 ocean view)
- Indicated as D and E on the site plan below.
- $550,000 or $68.46 per square meter.
- Full cul de sac package provides 14 home sites (4 beachfront lots, 10 ocean view lots)
- Indicated as F on the site plan below.
- $1,100,000 or $67.47 per square meter.
