The Rental Program at VIVO Resorts will provide investors with the ability to earn rental income from their condo or villa. Resort management will administer the program and market the resort to people seeking vacations, weddings and special events.
We will be able to accommodate individuals and families vacationing and/or large groups for special events such as- Weddings
- Family reunions
- Business forums and incentive trips
- Client appreciation trips
- Training and team building excursions
- Or any other large group event.
The Rental Program will commence upon completion of the condo buildings and our key resort amenities (these are based in Building C of our master plan).VIVO Resorts currently operates the famous Casa Rubia luxury oceanfront villa as a vacation rental property. This boutique resort, with a guest capacity of up to 26 people, is an incredible vacation destination located 9 miles from Puerto Escondido. You can also rent the neighbouring villa for group events for a combined total of 50 guests.
