Vivo Resorts will manage the Rental Program at the resort. All Vivo Members that wish to rent their condominium for extra income will enjoy a generous distribution of 70% of the rental proceeds.Management will actively promote and sell Vivo Resorts to travel professionals as a fantastic new destination in Mexico. International marketing initiatives via the internet and print publications will also enhance the promotion of Vivo. As acting property manager for rentals, Vivo will co-ordinate pre and post-cleaning of the condos and take care of all the logistics of the rentals making the process effortless for the condo owner.

Vivo Resorts is proud to become the first member of the prestigious Resort to Resort homeowner exchange program in southwest Mexico. The program will offer a great benefit to Vivo members by allowing them to exchange a week's use of their Vivo Condo for a week at any of over 157 Resorts around the world.
