Clubhouse Amenities & Condos
VIVO Clubhouse
Designed by renowned architect, Andre Pierce of Resort Design Associates International, the clubhouse will be the centerpiece of the resort and home to the resort amenities. Encompassing 3 floors of efficient space, the clubhouse has been designed to provide a relaxing and casually elegant experience for resort members and their guests.Traditional Mexican building materials and architectural style, gardens, courtyard, shaded terraces and open and airy spaces will all combine to make a wonderful gathering point for VIVO members to socialize.
There will be a limited number of condos in the clubhouse building which will be available for purchase during Phase 1. These will be the most centrally located units with easiest access to the resort amenities. The clubhouse condos are on the elevator accessed 2nd and 3rd floors, they include:
- 468 square foot studio condo - starting at $70,000 USD
- 1104 square foot 1 bedroom condo - starting at $175,000 USD
- 1660 square foot 2 bedroom lock-off condo - starting at $267,000 USD

VIVO Resort Amenities
Available to all resort members and their guests.- Ernie Peppers - our family oriented casual dining restaurant & relaxing lounge will provide great food in a fun atmosphere all with breathtaking views of the ocean.
- Senses Spa - a dedicated space for massage therapy, and other spa services with a unique area for yoga, stretching, spiritual thinking and meditation.
- Fitness Facility - located in the premier area of the resort, offering the best ocean views and equipment to keep you motivated on staying fit, even while on vacation!
- Business Centre - private and well equipped offices and board room. The centre will include wireless internet access, business library, video conferencing, PC’s and fax machines.
- General Store - selling all the basic necessities for living...and playing in the sun.
- Childcare – the resort will have a dedicated child care facility.
- Lake Beach Club (future amenity) – will provide members with access to the nearby Manialtepec Lake/Lagoon, an area of tremendous beauty and ecological diversity. Canoeing, fishing, waterskiing, kayaking, bird watching and boat tours can all be enjoyed on the 9 mile long Laguna Manialtepec.
