Clubhouse Amenities & Condos
VIVO Clubhouse
Designed by renowned architect, Andre Pierce of Resort Design Associates International, the clubhouse will be the centerpiece of the resort and home to the resort amenities. Encompassing 3 floors of efficient space, the clubhouse has been designed to provide a relaxing and casually elegant experience for resort members and their guests.
Traditional Mexican building materials and architectural style, gardens, courtyard, shaded terraces and open and airy spaces will all combine to make a wonderful gathering point for VIVO members to socialize.
There will be a limited number of condos in the clubhouse building which will be available for purchase during Phase 1. These will be the most centrally located units with easiest access to the resort amenities. The clubhouse condos are on the elevator accessed 2nd and 3rd floors, they include:

- 1104 square foot 1 bedroom condo - starting at $174,000
- 1660 square foot 2 bedroom lock-off condo - starting at $267,000
